The initial franchise fee is $40,000. There is also a fixed monthly royalty fee of 4% of total sales per month. The royalty fee will be initiated three months from the opening of business.

The contract term is for five years and renewable for five year terms there after.

PrecisionPainting.biz is the only painting franchise system in the marketplace that specifically targets national commercial and industrial customers. We do not complete residential work unless referred by a national customer.

Q. What services will the PrecisionPainting.biz Group provide to you?

PrecisionPainting.biz will train all new and existing franchisees to implement our proven system on procuring national account work. This work will come from national general contractors or working directly for a corporate entity.

Q. What if I receive more work than I can complete?

PrecisionPainting.biz franchisees work closely together on national account work. If you receive a job you can’t complete in the customer’s time frame, you can subcontract that job to another office for a referral fee.
